Become A Trailblazer

The Trailblazer Annual Leadership Giving Program

The Trailblazer Annual Leadership Giving Program brings together individuals, corporations and other entities to ensure the realization of the Emerald Trail and the ecological restoration of McCoys and Hogans Creeks. These visionaries recognize the role of private philanthropy in such a transformative project and understand the multi-faceted benefits of having a world class trail system available in the city’s urban core.

With a range of giving levels, the collective Trailblazer community is leading the way! For more information on becoming a Trailblazer, please contact Leana Cianfoni, Chief Development Officer at (904) 257-3230 or Leana@GroundworkJacksonville.org
