The Horticulture Manager oversees planning, implementation, and supervision of horticulture and urban forestry operations along the Emerald Trail, McCoys Creek, and Hogans Creek. This role manages staff and volunteers, ensures quality control through inspections and plan review, and oversees budgets, grants, and equipment.
