Groundwork Jax is honored to be a finalist in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) of North Florida Awards for Excellence. The finalists include outstanding projects in real estate, as well as organizations that have an influential impact. The event is Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2021, at Sweet Pete’s, downtown.
Awards will be presented for New Development, Reuse/Repurpose, Public Sector/Non-Profit, Hospitality & Entertainment, and Organization of Influence, for which Groundwork is nominated.
Established in 1936, the Urban Land Institute is a nonprofit education and research institute with more than 48,000 members across the globe. There are more than 500 members in our North Florida Region that serves 34 counties from Flagler to Escambia, including Gainesville, Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Tallahassee, Panama City and Pensacola.
